2. Where is your office located?
Our Spring Creek Mental Health office is at 303 South Main Street, Unit C, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
3. What are your office hours?
Spring Creek Mental Health Services are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. We are closed on weekends.
4. What services do you offer?
Spring Creek Mental Health Services offers:

Initial psychiatric evaluations for conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, PTSD, and more.

Medication management when needed.

Follow-up appointments (typically 10–20 minutes) for ongoing psychiatric care.

Therapy / Counseling: We have licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) and a licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT) on our team.

Telemedicine services for added convenience.

8. How much do sessions cost if I don’t have insurance or I'm out-of-network?

The initial psychiatric evaluation is $300 if you are out-of-network or uninsured.

Follow-up appointments (10–20 minutes) are $125 if out-of-network.

Note: Booking or submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment — your insurance and details have to be verified first.

Yes. Providers can refer patients via our online referral form.

12. Do you offer telemedicine / virtual appointments?
Yes, we do. Our team provides telemedicine services to increase accessibility and convenience.
13. What age groups do you serve?

Some providers see children as young as 5 for therapy.

Psychiatric services: certain practitioners see clients 6 years and older, 12 years and older, or 18+, depending on the provider.
